Statement regarding an unauthorised disc in circulation
Colleagues are advised not to run the disc, or to discuss its contents.
TOKYO, 5 October 2026 — Kokushi Corporation is aware of an unauthorised optical disc, circulating under the title Corporate Haiku, which presents itself as an internal Kokushi audio-visual programme.
The disc is not a Kokushi publication. Its music has not been approved for colleague listening. Its “extras” menu contains material relating to Floor 14 of Kokushi Central Headquarters, which does not exist.
Colleagues who encounter the disc are advised not to run it, not to share it and not to describe its contents to family members. Colleagues who have already run the disc need take no action. Their viewing has been recorded.
Kokushi has made no comment on the disc’s contents and will make none.
