Kokushi welcomes colleagues to Settlement District 11
The Group’s newest integrated settlement offers 1,400 homes, a clinic and a direct line to headquarters.
TOKYO, 20 July 2026 — Kokushi Corporation today welcomed the first households to Settlement District 11, the Group’s newest integrated community for colleagues and registered dependants.
Every home in the district is identical, ensuring fairness between households and allowing any colleague to feel at home in any residence. Homes are allocated, furnished and, where necessary, reallocated by Employee Welfare & Residence.
Residents enjoy a clinic, a lake, an Early Development Centre and Pacific Leisure FM in every room. A dedicated line connects the district to Kokushi Central Headquarters, so that no colleague is ever far from work.
Lighting in the district is managed centrally. Residents are asked not to adjust it.
Households in District 11 report no measurable change following relocation.
